My doctor recommends catheter ablation. Didn't want to do it before, but it's now getting to the point where I need to.
Fibrillation: I had catheter ablation 2 yrs ago at age 64. I have never had another episode since.
My A Fib stopped when they shocked my heart which worked like a charm.
Atrial fibrillation can have lots of causes. Mine was maybe a viral infection. Electro-cardioversion then fixed the problem.
I also had cardioversion 11 years ago, and no recurrence yet!
I stopped all vitamins and for the last 3 days haven't had any episodes of atrial fibrillation.
